It almost seems as if you don't even like carnivorous plants and status conditions
Grass often get shit on movepool wise unless they are paired with another unique typing. Grass types need more access to Earth Power and Water moves as ground and water are pretty easy to connect to plants.
Couple that with the fact that most grass types have to use sleep powder and leech seed to be good and dont have the best set of type advantages, means they are often left in the dust.
the only good grass types are the ones with lots of status moves like roserade or florges
