Ohmori came up with the PokeWalker and the DPPt Underground, and was a map designer on the games with some of the best regions (gens 3 through 5). He's not a bad guy, his directorial debut in ORAS may have sucked but there were probably external factors at play there. Don't judge him on that alone, one game does not make a pattern.

Honestly oras wasn't that bad. The Dex nav and soaring were awesome ideas. And for a game where he was literally given a year to develop they did a good job. The lack of post game is more than likely due to time restrictions. That was also the first game he actually directed.
