Heracross was banned in the Japanese ADV tournament because it was the only physical attacker who had a STAB move with a base power over 100, access to Swords Dance and a not-too-bad Speed in the era.
Faster Reversal User and any Reversal Set would use Swarm as ability to boost Megahorn power even further.
If you were prepared to deal against the Reversal variant, the CB Guts will just tear you appart.
