cloyster, heracross, and cincinno all get rock blast.
i could see pikapek getting bullet seed, fury attack, rock blast, and spike cannon if it ends up being steel/flying. if it somehow remains normal/flying i assume they must be adding a new mutli-hit move for it. bullet seed and fury attack don't justify the ability.

Skill link is all it needs. Even if it just gets fury attack, which is super unlikely, it plus a kings rock and para support is going to be brutal. Birds tend to have decent speed, which will be great on a skill link user.
