My wife didn't make it through childbirth.
We did play together for quite a few years though. I still have all of her merch set up pretty much where it was left. We played together since Red/Blue and she was my neighbor for the first 14 years of my life. We grew up battling, trading, and discovering new things together. She moved to another state when she turned 15 and we lost touch for about 2 yrs.
We reconnected through skype and hit it off as almost nothing had changed during those couple years. After a few moths of chatting back and forth I flew down to visit her and stayed with her for a week. Probably one of the best weeks of my entire life. As soon as I got to the pick up at the air port she ran and gave me the biggest hug. For the first time in almost 3 yrs I was able to see and touch the best friend I had ever had. It's one of the best feelings I have ever experienced. That week was the first time she told me she loved me, the first time I kissed her, and the time I told her I would marry her one day.
Anyway, this is not my blog and I'm pretty sure no one really wants to know my life story. To top it off the further I go the faster the tears come. I just hope that I'm strong enough to give my child the life he deserves.

We both like the same legendary (Lunala), and the same starter (Rowlet). Normally it works out that we like opposite halves of the game.

I watched some anime and cartoon with her and I tried to get her in video games, encouraged her to create an Steam account and I gave her Gurumin and Life is Strange. Also Hyperdimension Neptunia, she liked its characters, but still didn't play it because I told her it was an RPG and she feels "too lazy" to play that kind of games.
4 months ago (or a little bit more), she is stuck with the idea of playing Pokemon, I guess with all the Sun/Moon hype. She was that kid that played until Gen 3 when the series passed to Nintendo DS and if your parents didn't have the money to afford the console, you are fucked.
