Mega Ledian would need an ability that let him have two abilities and both of them being Huge Power in order to be even close to worth anything.

Nah we were discussing this some weeks ago.
The trick to salvaging Mega Ledian despite its stats is giving it an Ability that lets Punch moves hit 4 times (4 arms). It'd be like Mega Kang in that only Mega Ledian gets it. The damage output compensates for the need to raise its Base Atk by much, and is quite a lot of damage, almost Mega Medicham tier.

Tank Chomp always dies to it.
At the same time, it still has walls in stuff like Quag and Clef and Rotom-W. Secondary effects only apply on the first punch to not have it broken/banned to Ubers.
