Anyone noticed that Magearna is the only Gen 7 mon with it's official art being done by Sugimori and not Ohmura? Why is that?

The proper way is to soak in enough art to not only intuit who made what, but also understand whether the artist is an easterner or westerner.
If that's just not your thing, thenSugimori and Ohmura use different outlines and shading. Sugimori's is consistently rougher, possibly a remnant from traditional drawing days. Ohmura's has the cleanliness of someone who learned with mostly digital tools. I think there are also some more subtle differences that can't easily be described.
