To be honest Psywave is ah ok now that it has high acc, but Seismic Toss is still better for Chansey, might be meme worthy for Porygon2 cosidering it may be very passive sometimes and now it can break subs and "hurt" shit like Clefable more than with Tri Attack.
Counter Clefable is acceptable too, sadly impossible with Unaware bit still may find a niche.
