What would be a good way to do a physically-oriented Charizard? Right now I'm thinking of
Lonely or Naughty Nature
252 EVs in Attack, 124 in Special Attack and Speed, the rest in HP
Flare Blitz for physical STAB
Air Slash for special STAB
Dragon Rush for coverage and secondary STAB for Mega-Charizard X
Hone Claws to improve accuracy

Set up DDance, assuming that they will switch to their fairy of choice, then nail it with whatever coverage move. Not many fairies can eat two +1 Earthquakes or Shadow Claws from Mega Zard X, let alone Flare Blitz.
Not pushing The Button until everything that can stop it is dead is a basic instruction of using The Button. This is not new, MagDrag existed before it for a reason.

Tentativly, a Scald, Megahorn/X-Scissor, Knock-Off, Ice Beam set covers a lot of important stuff, and has some utility. It could work as either a Scarfed or Assault Vest set.
If going scarfed, max speed and split offence with either an offensive or speed boosting nature sounds good. Samurott looses more defense from a negative nature, but cares more about special attacks.
If going Assault Vest, Max, or at least near-max HP is probably good, then split attack again. Dump either Defence or Speed for either an Attack or Sp. Def. You could swap out either Knock-Off or Ice Beam for Aqua Jet if you need priority.
In both cases, boosting SpA with Nature is probably preferable, since Scald will be your most reliable source of damage.
I favor Megahorn, but if you are paranoid X-Scizzor isn't a bad way to go.
