Those designs? Butterfree and Typhlosion I can handle, the rest are awful. As for the Pokemon choices themselves? Add Lilligant, Volcarona, Drifblim, and Milotic to the mix and I'd be set.

Butterfree: Cool, but slightly boring. Would be alright with.
Zebstrika: I don't mind this if it were more detailed/fleshed out. Would be hype.
Flygon: Somewhat disappointing if this were his mega.
Heliolisk: Not bad, but kind of samey looking.
Druddigon: This is actually pretty cool. I could see him being ground/dragon
Marowak: Probably my favorite design here.
Luxray: Same as butterfree, kinda underwhelming design, but not too bad otherwise.
Froslass: I actually really dig this one.
Johto starters: Meganium would be cool if grass/fairy. Typhlosion isn't clicking with me. Feraligatr looks pretty bad.
Overall: 8/10 would be pretty satisfied with the choices if not a little upset about a few designs.
These designs, not so much except for Typhlosion, but I do agree that a lot of them you mentioned need a mega.
Zebstrika would thrill me, one of my favorite electric pokemon ever.
Also I do feel like the Johto starters will get megas this time. For typings, I'd like to see water/dragon, grass/fairy, and fire...well, I'm not really sure. Actually Fire/Dragon would be neat, but I know they wouldn't give both typhlosion and feraligatr dragon typing.

Irrespective of the designs you posted, all of the pokemon there, sans Marrowack and Heliolisk seem deserving.
