Here's a set I was using on my XY Manectric doubles team. Can't remember the EV spread outside of maximum HP investment though.

Getting a shiny with those movesets isn't really difficult. If it had perfect stats it would be more suspect.
I run a calm set with ass vest
tbolt, ice shard, freeze dry and surf
max hp, split defenses between physical and special
It's pretty hilarious. Watch out for rocks though
