This. They aren't forms, but similar to the Overdrive modes or Neutral/Active mode for Xerneas. These two being something called "Phases", Solgaleo's being Rising Phase and Lunala's being Full Moon Phase, they take these phases during their attacks and then go right back to their normal selves.
