Better Plot, anime, and characters? Pretty much blows pokemon out of the water.
Better games? They took way too goddamn long to get their shit together whereas pokemon has had a working formula since its inception. While I had more fun with Cyber Sleuth than I did the Gen 6 games, pokemon has the overall better games.
