That's a list of pokemon people want to get through mystery gift. Because half the voters were savvy enough to expect the winner to be handed out.

It seems like they were giving out the most voted pokemon in this list. That explains arceus, mew, genesect and the complete absence of regular ones like lucario. Probably the kids fucked it up, putting pikachu and greninja on the list.

That said, it really speaks a lot for Greninja, who anyone with a copy of X or Y can get, HA or not.
