Nice meme. In Gen 6, Bagon is on the 8th route, before the 2nd gym. In Gen 6, you can get all pseudos before the Pokemon league, except Beldum (but you can make an entire team of pseudos esily regardless). To top it off, Gen 6 gives you a Mega Ubers Pokemon in one game and a Mega Legendary in another.
In Gen 5, you can only get one pseudo (Metang) after the 7th gym, but before the 8th. And there are no Megas.

I was thinking more about XY, but that's a good point. If we include events, Gen 6 gives us MegaBlaziken in one game and MegaMetagross in another.
To be fair, it's way harder to get pseudos in ORAS than in XY without events.
