This is because then, just like with ORAS, and just like what will happen with SM, people will get early copies, and either report findings, or much more likely now, dump the data and hackers will have stats, models, and location data before its even released.

Is this your first time following a prerelease or something?? The games always leak early. We literally knew gen 5 entire dex a month before release, including the event legendaries. Gen 6 was a drop in the water in comparision.
