Nah, DP had awful mon distribution, shittiest level curve, so many forgettable mons, worst story (pre XY), and garbage teams for gym/elite 4 members. Platinum managed to fix all of that

DP's level curve is fine, I felt Platinum's was worse. Ramps up much faster and plateaus by the end with levels below DP despite more fights and mostly higher levels earlier on.
