When normal will be supereffective against all types
For starters give Normalize the same 30% boost to retyped moves as -ilate abilities. Also +10 to every stat right off the bat because 380 BST is laughably low.

this is my dream Mega Delcatty based on what always stood out to me the most as a kid about Delcatty, its coverage with Thunderbolt, Ice Beam, and Shadow Ball
