>tfw can't get above 1300
>ggget gud
>>26680293
>tfw reached 1307 and then lost every battle right after
>reached 1600 with my team of karenmons but then plummeted due to plain bad luck
>>26680293
>tfw reaching anything less than 1600 means you suck
Get on my level noobs
>>26680293
yeah this is vp we know that none of you can play decent
>>26680293
Anyone mind telling me what game this score is referring to?
>>26680447
Either Showdown or Battlespot.
>>26680447
pokemon
>>26680447
The SAT.
>>26680447
sure hot this summer
>>26680293
Keep trying anon, I'm sure you can do better than that!
>>26680293
if you cant even reach 1400 youre seriously, at 1400 they actually start to predict decently and calculate. `
>>26680293
Well geez, what's your strategy? Who's on your team?
>>26680491
wrong 1400 is still garbage it gets good at 1700
>>26680293
>get high ladder on NU
>can't find a fucking match for shit
>start having battles with sub 1100 shitters
>>26680543
somehow nu is the most fun but the least people play it its the exact opposite with ou
>>26680293
>tfw matchmaking means nothing.
>tfw 1900 on fucking randoms.luck and predictions are all you need for randoms.
>>26680556
eh random is actually very skillfull you have to predict and use most of the mons you getunless you get primal kyogre or geomacy xerneas then you won
I can only win in randoms when I have uber-tier legendaries and opponent has all shitmons.
>>26680678
kek
>>26680293
Stop playing pokemon.
Why play something you are not good at?
>>26680293
I've broken 1500 in OU, but I plummeted back to 1300. I think I stopped playing after that
>>26680633
It's all about memorizing sets. Some mons have a shitload of sets, others have pretty much one good set like the Dragon Dance Whiscash set. You can pretty much guarantee it's running DD/Waterfall/EQ/Zen Headbutt.
Similarly Typhlosion and Wailord will pretty much always be Specs, etc.
If you want real random battlers play Challenge Cup 1v1.
>>26680293
If you can't get to 1400 without a single loss (maybe 1 or 2 from hax), you're doing something wrong.
>>26680293
I can get to the 1600s pretty regularly but after that I always get hit with terrible losing streaks.
OP here.
I actually meant to type 1400 but I fucked up. I hover between the two anyway.
>mfw the opponent makes an unnecessary risk and pays the price for it
His Torn had Rain Dance, I knocked off his Damp Rock turn one, he had literally no reason to risk Hurricane. I didn't have enough sacs to stall out the rain.
>>26681106
To have fun?
>>26682006
.... Is that mobile? Also staying in on Tornadus?
At least you didn't use ice punch
>>26682006
Surprised to still see rain, Volcanion shits on it. Especially if it's a Sub set where Politoed can't touch it and you basically get a free kill.
>>26682026
Return outdamages Ice Punch unless it's 4x effective.
102 x 1.5 (STAB) = 153
75 x 2 (SE) = 150
>>26682026
I pretty much threw the game away there because if he set up rain (which he should have done) I lost right then and there. I stayed in bc if he set up rain and I wasn't in on Lop I'd lose. I don't know why he didn't set up rain.
It's Pokémon Online, a mobile competitive app
Also proof of my barely 1400
>>26682113
Wow that's a pretty low ceiling if 1400 gets you to 40th place. On Showdown, 40th place atm is mid 1800s. I guess not many people are active on PO or something.
>>26682113
Seriously, to get a shit place on PO is to be complete garbage. Go steal some teams, learn the meta, how the ladder works, how the team you stole works and get good.
>>26682160
PO has been dead since 5th gen, showdown annihilate it.
