I do wonder how Mew "learns" moves, apart from Transform, which would technically allow it to "learn every move" in existence.
Like, is its body able to produce the required elemental/typing energies to perform the move because it's a flying cluster of what amounts to Pokemon stem cells that can adapt its body and motor controls to Mega Kick something five times its mass, or is it because these moves have been formed in the Mew line's genetic code even before the days of fossils.
