No and no. Type distribution is important and a key part of the of campaign experience now. They're not going to have any drastic leaning towards any type regardless of the theme because it throws off that balance. There needs to be avariety of type choices at any given time. They did it extremely well in XY and BW. I would be surprised if they degenerated back into just what types naturally happen. They come up with and place Pokemon specifically to fill type gaps now.
