We can only fix but the base stats must stay the same
I start fixing Arceus

Hp from 120 to 120
Att from 120 to 1
Def from 120 to 120
S.Att from 120 to 178
S.Def from 120 to 120
Spe from 120 to 181

Also New ability is Protean Scales
( wich is both Protean and Marble scales)

New signature moves
Alpha Birth : Raises Def , S.Att and S.def 1 stage each
