Given their typing and stats it makes sense too. Should've been a pure ice type with visual inspiration from bears and icebergs but more quadrupedal and less shitty looking in general.
High attack and defense along with a good movepool and it would be okay. Maybe make it a 3 stager.

Although I absolutely love both of these pokemon, a fusion would look amazing
Tangrowth is basically Primal form Tangela. This is one of the few times where "it just gets bigger" works.
