Right there with you OP. I don't know how GameFreak could fuck this up. Shows how incompetent both GF and NIntendo are at optimising their own softaware and hardware. The single, must have game for a 3D handheld struggles to play in 3D. They should have fucking waited for the NX handheld to implement them, and kept the sprites. The 3D with that would have looked phenomenal. I'm hoping SM will fix this, but I doubt it.

I personally don't notice much of a difference. A stable framerate should be prioritized over muh 60 FPS anyways. Stuttering is way worse than a consistent low framerate.
