Tell me why mega ditto isn't an amazing idea

It can only learn transform. What's the point?
Literally the only stat that It needs to be improved is HP, but that's not possible because of the way megas stats distributions work.

Game Freak would prob give it an extremely over powered ability. Maybe something like transforming into the other Pokemon and getting a +1 boost to every stat.

Add a location called Ditto Shrine, where you can talk to a monk. The monk asks you "what moves would you use if you had this Pokemon?"
You can pick any monster you've seen in your Pokedex and build a move set for it using any compatible moves you've seen. Then when you transform in the specified Pokemon, you use that moveset instead of copying theirs
