This list was discovered shortly before XY came out, and the Pokemon on high potential list that didn't get Megas in XY got them in ORAS.
Does that mean Mega Jynx, Mega Plusle, and Mega Minun have a good chance of happening in Sun/Moon?

I'd be a little triggered if vaporeon and leafeon got megas but not the rest of the eeveelutions. Also, I guess I should just give up hope for mega Kanto birbs then
I spy Raichu on the low priority list. Maybe it has a tiny chance of getting a mega if megas are still in Sun and Moon. I'd be so happy.

going by that link, the full list was separated by whoever was tracking the trademark into registered before or after the BW2 release date. After = higher priority as Gamefreak were coming closer to a decision.
Being that these guys didn't get megas in the end, my guess would be that no, they are less likely to now as other ideas took over. i.e. they have slipped to the low priority list. If someone could find newer registered Megas they would make up the new high list.
