Checking on your Pokémon after they've fainted and you've taken them to the Pokémon Center, only to see them jump up excitedly and show a smiling emoticon.

Playing BW2 and hearing N's encounter theme for the time. Plays similar to it's BW1 and then it become all cheerful and upbeat instead of mysterious and creepy. Put such a smile on my face to see him happy.

...not the happiest moment of course but one of my favorites.

That part when you come back home after defeating the champ in BW2. The moment mother and son/daughter reunite gave me feels.
