That's not actually Zinnia, or the increased plot surrounding Rayquaza, or the lore about multiple universes finally creating a system that can treat all the games as canon, or being able to catch Deoxys without cheating or attending a once-in-a-lifetime event that's more a matter of luck to be born in the right place to catch it than anything.
