I asked this in the last thread but got no opinion, it's in regard to ev spreads. This is based off the physically defensive Rotom-W from smogon 248 hp/252 def/8 spe
If you can stand up to a myriad of viable threats at a bare ev spread, should you maintain that spread and re-distribute leftover evs or go bulky? E.g. Rotom-w at 156 hp/252 def, resulting in 145 hp/174 def (1 point higher than 8 turns into sneaky pebbles).
