The new settings remove Attack IVs if they are not need on your Pokemon. It does this to minimize the damage you take when hit by Foul Play(which uses your Attack stat in the damage calculation). It's sent by the way.

Are you planning on using this to battle as well? Just so you know, the only EVs that impact ditto in battles are the HP EVs. All other stats are copied from the opponent. Also, quick powder is useless because after you transform it doesn't give you the speed boost. You'll want to run choice scarf.

Mac Hoopa - Modest
I have lots of good things to trade that I cloned from B/W as well as 6iv dittos (hidden ability and regular) for breeding as trade bait. I can also simply trade my Mew, Celebi, Jirachi, Victini, and Hoopa for another with the nature I need.
Perfect IVs would be awesome.
I got my 3DS from my small cousin (lent it for like a year), surprisingly good taken care of, and didn't update.
It still runs the version that supports QR injection via camera. Does anyone have a good place to get QRs from?

Samefag... Perfect IVs are legit, right? It's basically a ridiculously rare occurrence right? Well if that's the case i need help getting perfect IV versions of all those minus Victini. I already have one I hacked in B/W. This team is really just a fun competitive legendary pixie team. If anyone can help that'd be much appreciated! I'd also like specific moves with their pp maxed but I'll take perfect IV moms with those natures if possible
