I hate these "leaks". To me they are by far the most fake. A lot of people think their real just because the panels are done in a concept art sort of thing. But these mons are not really drawn in the pokemon style, they have elements to them (the fingers mostly) that don't occur in the pokemon style, and lastly the panels themselves are not setup professionaly.

Greninja lost the characteristic foam. Serperior lost its characteristic limbs. Both are ranged attacks and going from thrown feather projectiles to makeshift bow and arrows is far from the most farfetched and contradictory evolution process.
Pokemon being fatter/slimmer/exaggerated/illogical stylizations of the creatures they are based on is also nothing new. Neither is design concepts being drastically different going from base evo to final. Slakoth goes from a lazy sloth to a hyperactive sloth to a lazy ape-like creature with a pig snout.
Ignoring the fact that there's nothing that implies Tiger3 HAS to be fire/fighting with no exceptions, yes, Gamefreak is absolutely out of touch enough to do something like this.
I fucking hate all of them.

- Dark-types cheat (they steal, throw sucker punches, gang up on a single foe, etc.)

I've seen far more insane ideas coming from them that one would never even consider as a monster design.
I feel like something like Ballio ain't exactly something that far'fetched for them either. People just like to assume that's how they roll when quite frankly, if you get to know just how dark the series can become at least in the games themselves, suddenly, it merely becomes more of a probability. Not saying it WILL happen, but I wouldn't rule out Game Freak completely losing their heads either on making up something that doesn't play by the book either and as always, makes players completely scratch their heads going "what the fuck, Game Freak".
