What's the best nature for a Ferrothorn?
I prefer Sassy myself for the extra sp def. But if you want it to be pure physical tank, then relaxed or impish is good.

...what? You wouldn't invest in sassy to have a better chance at taking fire, that's retarded. You don't leave thorn in on fire, period.
You would invest in sassy so it does better at soaking up all the other special attacks it will be hit with, as most people won't hit thorn with physical attacks. In response to OP, I run brave in trick room.
