I'm a Charizardfag due to being stubborn, but I agree. It's the most overrated Pokemon of all time. Always been at least one competitive tier higher than it should due to pure autism, and the concept isn't even that good in the first place. The only reason it's popular is because kids love a firebreathing dragon that's better than everything else in the anime.
Tamashii said she likes Charizard too, iirc its her main pick for a Kanto starter. Setting it as most overated poke is just honest.

FC Arcanine wouldnt even be broken going by how he suggested stat changes.
+30 attack, +20 Sp. Attack/Defense, +15 Sp. Def and Speed would only give RK9 100 defense. Barely enough to survive a Garchomp's Earthquake twice. MChomp with a Swords Dance up, even without the sand on AND regular Arcanine switching in for the Intimidate (so that garchomp-M is at +1) still wont live 2 EQs. Not really that tank
