I find the what i presume to be prototype names kind of strange. Just "Owl 3", "Tiger 3", and 'Sea Lion 3"? That seems like a weird naming scheme considering that starters don't have to remain the same species or even have a single species in particular to name it after. These ones did but I dunno. It's probably nothing if they're real. I actually like these better than the last group and I liked them a lot too (I think I liked Eziowl slightly more, maybe, but I think this one is even more creative, i just think the design is a little less clean and straightforward).

Even though Ballio and the rest of them have significant fan art, there are still mostly people hesitant about them the first time they see them. Only very few actually LEGITIMATELY like them.

It's kind of funny because looking back they are still just awful.
They never never grown on me. They were all terrible final Evos with garbage typings, and bad designs.
It's absurd how Gen 5 absolutely knocked it out of the park when it came to regular pokemon in the wild, but the starters and legendaries were so utterly trash.
You would assume after Gen 6 they have realised that going back to more predictable evolutions is much better. Greninja was what Oshawott was always meant to become - a cool bipedal monster, not a fucking mess. Sceptile got Dragon in its mega-evolution, showing Serperior could have it. They finally dropped Fire/Fighting in Gen 6.
I just hope they don't fuck it up again.

Might not do much good. Even if any of these leaks are real, they're just concept art, not official art, and even then the official art doesn't match the in-game art, as we can see with the first stages. In the end the poses we see them in in the leaks won't match in the game and the Pokedex.
