Someone help me out here. Has Volcanion been released officially anywhere yet? I have my pokedex at 720, and all of my pokemon are legit, no pokegen or anything. But I keep seeing people on pss saying they have volcanion. Is it legit or pokegen?

It's out, yeah. But most out there are genned. You might find a legit one of you really want, but it's gotta be Japanese.
