If you're talking about Gen 1 >competitive, not a single one. But for in-game those Pokemon are way worse due to lower speed and worse movepool (just Ground, Rock and Normal). Nidoking gets perfect coverage with Earthquake + Thunderbolt + Ice Beam alone, you can fill the last moveslot with Rock Slide for Bugs or Horn Drill for cheesy X-Accuracy strats.
