Brendan/May were 12. Canonically. The game tells you this straight-up.
Calem/Serena are at least 16, also canonically from in-game dialogue.
The only ages for Hilbert/Hilda are from the manga and they're not even the same continuity/characters (their counterparts are 14) so that's dubious at best,but Unovafags will believe anything.
