Unless it flips a table with its typing, literally nothing it does or gets will secure it a spot in OU. It could get Gale Wings, Brave Bird, and 120 base attack and it would still end up in UU. Grass/Flying is just awful. 4x weaknesses are not a death sentence on their own, but Grass/Flying is.
