Hopefully they'ell buff it's new STAB movepool this Fall as Play Rough is basically frolicking and Clefable is playful by nature.

Imo tho, S/M needs to add more physical Fairy moves with wider distribution. As not all fairies in folklore were playful. Like pic related for instance.
