Hilbert and Hilda are confirmed to be about 14. Nate and Rosa can't be much older. Calem and Serena are 100% not 18 or that tall and are probably younger than Hilbert and Hilda. Brendan and May heights are definitely wrong. While there isn't an exact height given the ORAS Pokedex confirms May is at least 5'03 or 5'04. Idk about Brendan because I haven't ORAS as a male, but he's at least the same if not taller. Their ages are about right though.
Really it's unfair to even compare the other trainers to any of them since they would all probably be made taller and older if their game were to receive remakes like Brendan and May.

I agree to this, the chart I posted I got it from someone else here in /vp/ I suppose heights are taken from their og pokedexes (which made Red a manlet and Leaf really short).
Since BW they haven't been made this young/short.
The ages in this thing I really don't know where the guy got them from, most are speculative.

I don't trust this chart completely.
The heads of Lucas and Dawn are too small. Everyone else's head is more or less consistent in size, but I measured those two as having smaller heads than the rest. Their art should be enlargened to make their head size consistent.
