Pretty 10/10.
The first half of the indigo season consistently shows people can have shit lives in the idealistic pokemon universe, and this self-conscious harpy constantly hovering around Ash fittingly added to his woes as a trainer. and the dub gave many people their first taste of tsundere.
Incidentally, people starting hating Misty once she mellowed out.
