and the place is surrounded by water so that covers Fem-Gyrados
as for the Mustache-mon and UFO they probably won't make the cut.
Gotta buy the other games if you wanna catch em all :^)
You couldn't get any of those gen 4 mons outside of Sinnoh until B&W so maybe they'll all be cut again

There are Forest areas and an Ice area. Nothing stopping you from getting Sylveon. Milotic will probably be Prism Scale again. For the magnets, maybe there's an underwater area where a magnetic stone is found, or it's in one of the mountains.

in every region since their creation, alternative but similar methods have been implemented specifically for these pokemon. leafeon and glaceon got new rocks, magnezone and probopass got new mountain areas, et cetera. it is easy to assume/deduce that similar measures will be taken in sun and moon. just because we don't know the specifics yet, doesn't mean there will suddenly be no way to do so. there'll be new rocks. new mountains. new dumb beauty things. new amie whatevers. it's not that hard, guys.

glaceon and leafeon will just get new rocks somewhere. probopass and magnezone will be able to evolve in new mountain type areas. sylveon will probably still be amie. milotic will just evolve the same way it did in gen 6.
none of these are even really assumptions, as much as logic. this is not a difficult concept to grasp.
