I don't think it's a good thing. If its speed is like that, it's more that likely going to be a fast hitter that can't take its own medicine, and with Lunala's weaknesses being big ones that's not a good thing.

I don't know, multiscale can be a good thing even on a fast sweeper. It means it will be able to endure Sucker Punch and still wreck your shit.
And even if it's designed to be purely offensive, it's going to have 680 BST. It will have some bulk for sure.

Multiscale is pretty sweet but not mindblowing or anything, especially not for a 4x weakness. this thing will luckily get Roost but still. Dragonite works with a 4x weakness but I don't know if the kind of moves its weak to makes a difference.
