There's nothing wrong with this. In Pokemon, the moon has always been associated with the Normal type, and more recently with Fairy. No Dark types use a moon stone to evolve, and only two Dark types learn Moonlight, which was a Normal type move until it was changed to Fairy.
The only Dark type Pokemon with ties to the moon is Umbreon, and even it is more associated with nighttime in general rather than specifically the moon.

BW2 is a third version, though, not a new Gen (inb4 6.5fags). Of course any Dex changes will be old Pokémon coming into the region, we've never had a third version that added new Pokémon to the regional Dex (except Platinum because they locked half the cross-gens away until after the E4 in DP for some reason), and we've never had a third version that substantially improved on the graphics. And Hugh is an asshole, just not to you, he could be better but he's not "hey we're friends, I love dancing/malasada, we're friends!"
What would be a non-issue with a third version is pretty damning with a new Gen. Every Gen has improved the visuals of the last Gen. Even when they stayed on the same system as the previous Gen there were still improvements, GSC being full color with non-shit sprites compared to RBY and BW being fully animated instead of static sprites. Gen VII battles are identical to Gen VI battles.
Also, BW2 at least included a challenge mode, albeit one with retarded unlock requirements. Challenge mode is probably still easier than Platinum but it's a lot closer than BW1 or XY.

You have to download a lot of shit. Some games don't work with the program you used to hack your 3ds. and if you want to play those games you have to hack it again. Also if you connect online you may get banned
