Ground and fighting's urls being 03 (between flying and fire) and 06 (between water and now psychic) respectively remain the same.
Further strongly suggesting Rowlet will be Grass/Ground, Litten will remain Fire, and Popplio will become Water/Fighting.
If the types' proximity to the starter types meant nothing, why wouldn't they make psychic icon 03 and ghost icon 06?

Lugia comes before Ho-Oh even though it's called Gold & Silver
Kyogre comes before Groudon even though it's called Ruby & Sapphire/ORAS
Barring B/W where there was a flip with the covers and mascots, the cooler color legendary always came before the warmer color legendary. So I guess to say, the one on the cooler box always came before the one on the warmer box.
