If you could see a Pokémon become a Digimon and digivolve further, what would it look like and what level would they be?
I'd go with Tyrantrum, I'd love to see what this awesome t-rex turns into. This thing would be a Champion.

Digimon does a good job with demon/devil designs. I think Darkrai has potential there. Pic related, Darkrai and Barbamon.
