Gen 4 was the generation to bring us the creation lore, churches typically hold vast amounts of knowledge on creation, Mt. Coronet is said to be birthplace of the region, possibly even the world itself. I'd be amazed if Sinnoh didn't have something resembling a church. I'm just amazed that mosaic is depicting only Mt. Coronet and not Arceus or even the Creation Trio or simply Dialga and Palkia since I'm sure no one knows what Giratina looked like.
