Depends on your criteria.
If you like Team Fortress 2 you'll probably like Overwatch. The amount of personality the characters put forth is fun and most of them are fun to play. It's visually pretty nice too. Just be prepared to stumble around with randoms who have no mind for teamwork most of the time. I can recommend it if you've got a few friends to play with and co-ordinate with.
Of course, it's also online only. So if that's a problem then the answer is probably no.

This is a full price game with a free to play model and no content. And it's going to sell outrageously well because Blizzard pumped billions into marketing over the past few years. The game is painfully shallow and dull, and casuals will eat it up along with autistic weebs obsessing over waifus. Doesn't matter that the game is devoid of substance and requires zero skill to play, that actually just broadens the appeal since a blind retard could do well at it.
