Rowlet will be Grass/Flying just like its first form. If that was the final Evo it would still apply since it throws knives and those are associated with wind.
Littens final evo would just be pure Fire, I don't see another type fitting into the Cannon theme except for Rock/Ground/Steel and none of those are represented in its design.
Popplio's final evo probably is Water/Fighting but Water/Dark isn't out of the question.
