This is a tiny handful, almost every song is notably good, and they all sound great in both the remakes and originals.
Pokemon music is always good, but there is something about this soundtrack that just puts it in a tier above the rest. Maybe its the [spoilter]trumpets[/spoiler]

Gen 3 does indeed have some of the best music, but the remakes' soundtrack didn't do it justice imo. I was expecting interesting arrangements like in HG/SS, not the original songs in X/Y faux orchestra sound
